• Obtain as much information as possible, "DO NOT HANG UP", call public safety and inform them of the bomb threat, give your exact location and any additional information requested.
• Complete the bomb threat card or form. Write down everything you can remember concerning the caller; voice, accent, background sounds, etc.

• If received by mail, do not touch the package, call public safety and inform them of the package, give your exact location and any additional information requested. A response team will come to your area and evaluate the materials.

• Notify your supervisor immediately.
• Be prepared to search your own area to identify unusual objects.
• Call public safety first, if object is found.

If at an ambulatory site, call 9-1-1.
