For Large Hazardous Material Spills call the emergency number specific to your location and say "Facility Alert Hazardous Spill", give the exact location and any additional information requested, implement department specific procedures for:

• Confirm that required personal protective equipment (PPE) and spill skit is in use
• Leave the area, close the door (if possible) and restrict access.
• Ensure those exposed are given emergency medical care.
• Access and provide the Safety Data Sheet (SDS)
• Notify your Supervisor and the Department of Safety Management at your location.
